BA (Hons) English, MA Career Development and Employability, Level 7 in Career Development, Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Associate Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (AOMAC), Member of the Graduate Futures Institute.

Emma provides 1:1 and group coaching to help students achieve academic success, working with them to increase their motivation and reach their full potential. Through in-person and virtual delivery, Emma researches and delivers on a range of skills, including time management, organisation, prioritisation, procrastination and perfectionism, work/life/study balance, study planning, routine setting and presentation skills. Emma mainly works with Foundation, Part A and B students leading on group peer mentoring programmes for first years and 1:1 peer mentoring for Part B.

Having graduated from ľ¹ÏÊÓÆµ, Emma has worked in Higher Education since 2018, joining the Student Success Academy at Loughborough in 2022. Prior to this she worked in various careers services supporting students 1:1 and in groups.
