Dr Kenyon's research is predominantly focused on the strategic marketing and management of sport events and organisations, spanning community-based organisations and events, through to their international counterparts, such as major events like the Olympics and events run by nongovernmental organisations like the International Olympic Committee.
His specific interests within this are the impacts and legacies of events, branding and relationship management in sport, and managing community and volunteer sport organisations.
